Why Pre-Pay online?

Pre-Paying online means you can purchase an image 1st® photo shoot for yourself or a gift for a friend without having to commit to a booking date today.

You will receive a Booking Certificate by Royal Mail 1st Class post to confirm your payment, in addition to our standard E-Mail confirmation.

The booking telephone number is on the Booking Certificate, making it easy for the receiver of the photo shoot to call image 1st® and arrange a suitable appointment date and time.

Payment Policy

image 1st® would like all our clients to feel 100% confident with our paying policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund as long as it is within 7 working days of your receipt.

Once this time window has lapsed, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds of your deposit, studio or package charges.

If your plans change outside of this time frame, or if you simply need to make a change, we do provide a reschedule service. 72 hours notice is required to alter a booking once it has been made and you may reschedule once only without charge, otherwise you will forfeit your photography charge of £95 and you will have to re-pay this to re-book. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds of your deposit, studio or package charges if you fail to attend your photo shoot on the day of your booking.
